Frost Valley Siberians

Satin came from Maine. I flew all the way to Maine to meet Satin and to buy her. When I wanted to buy Satin her breeder said I couldn't get her till after the dog show because Satin was entered in a Dog Show in Maine. I was super excited that she was going to be shown before I got her. Well her breeder asked if I wanted to come to meet her, Satin, her pack and also come to the dog show. So I said yes and I flew there and stayed for almost a week. Satin got 2nd place at the dog show with little to no training. When I first met Satin she was very social, friendly, mellow and loving. I fell in love with her! So I got Satin already to fly home with me. Halfway threw flying home I get a call saying that Satin wasn't put on my plane and would be put on a later flight and I could pick her up the next day at noon. I was a wreck and freaking out. The next day I got her and she was super shy and wasn't social. I have no clue what happened within those 24 hours but she wasn't social and friendly. She has improved greatly the last 2 and a half years I have owned her. She is still a little shy but if you aren't paying attention to her or just sitting down she will go right up to you. Once she gets to know you then she is all about the loves. Satin is a very sweet, loving, loyal, SUPER mellow for a husky, cuddly, calm and talkative girl. I have never owned a husky that was so mellow. People can't believe how mellow and calm she is. Her favorite thing to do is to cuddle with anyone. She is full of love. Satin is very trustworthy with kids and other dogs. She sleeps by my head all night and wants me to hold her. Satin would rather be an inside dog than an outside. She loves to be inside with people to hang out to get loves and cuddles. Satin is very talkative and I love it. Her talk is so different from the rest. She has a deep voice for a female. For how calm and mellow Satin is I end up forgetting she's in the house or in the car. Anyone that meets her just loves her. My vet for the longest time thought Satin was a puppy. They asked me, which, one of my dogs was her parents. I was very confused and told them that she was 3 years old and that I flew to Maine to get her. They were in shock and couldn't believe that she was an adult since she looked like a puppy. The vet also said that explains why she's so mellow because she's, not a puppy. Satin does enjoy playing in the water, but she would just rather spend her time getting cuddles. She thinks she's a lap dog. She is a parti eyed (Brown and Blue). She got 2nd place in the Dog Show for her first time ever being shown.
